I don't think impact bags vary by that much. It's designed to allow you to feel the correct muscles in a golf swing. I had mine for about two months before it started to unravel at the seams. I would suggest finding a higher-quality product.

The smash bag is recommended by many golf instructors. The training aid stops the golf club at impact in the correct position. While its not the same as hitting the golf ball at impact its gives one the correct feeling, balance and position. This correct position can then be repeated. This resistance can be transferred to hitting the golf ball on the range. Being new to golf I found the smash bag very helpful in getting the correct feel at impact. I have used it repeatedly as a training tool.

There is nothing wrong with the product, and that is what I have rated. But I wasnt expecting to have to fill it myself. It is just an empty bag, that is overpriced.

This bag is quiet good to get your club sqare at impact .
However when I started hitting it harder the stiching seems to be giving way .
The manual however tell you not hit it with full swing , but at half speed
But it is so good that I will order another one
