As a natural relaxant, take two tablets of formula 303 with each meal and two tablets of our natural relaxer formula 303 at bedtime.
Many people find that formula 303 helps them sleep when they take it approximately 45 minutes before bedtime.

I have had continuing problems with my ankles aching since I had spinal meningitis at 4 years old. Formula 303 is the only thing that has had an effect on it, so that I may go to sleep. It is amazing-I will continue to buy it. Thank you for supplying it.

I began taking this product at the suggestion of my chiropractor for leg spasms associated with spinal stenosis and sciatica. I found that the spasms were diminished by 90% in severity and frequency in short order. They have continued to be reduced by that per centage, and entirely eliminated at times, for the six weeks I have been taking it.
I sleep better because the spasms are relieved but I do not see that it has otherwise been a sleep aid nor has it reduced back pain.
I have had no unpleasent side effects and I do not find that it has the offensive odor that some remark upon. I do not ordinarily have confidence in homeopathy but I would recommend this product for muscle spasms.
